The following information should be useful: 

1. The minimum number of directors is one, who should not be the Secretary. (2 for Nevis companies.)
2. The Secretary does not have to be local. We will provide the Secretary.
3. The Registered Office must be in the country of set up. We will provide the address.
4. The minimum number of shareholders is one (2 for Nevis companies).
5. Nominee Shareholders can be appointed. By the use of nominees complete confidentiality is ensured.
6. On incorporation you will receive:

i. Memorandum & Articles of Association in the English language.
ii. Certificate of incorporation in English.
iii. Incumbancy certificate showing directors, shareholders, secretary, registered and administration office addresses.
iv. Share certificates in English.
v. Trust Deeds (when appropriate).
