Company Obligations
BVI Companies
Under British Virgin Islands Law, a government renewal fee is payable to the Government of British Virgin Islands
every year. Companies that are incorporated between January and June, payment is due on May 31st and those
incorporated between July and December, payment is due on November 30th.
Seychelles and Nevis companies
Under Seychelles and Nevis law, a government renewal fee is payable to the Governments of Seychelles and Nevis each
year on the anniversary of the registration of the company, together with the renewal fee for the Seychelles or Nevis
Resident Agent.
Failure to pay any of the above fees will mean eventually, that your company will be deleted from the Register of Companies.
(In other words, your company will cease to exist.)
