Trusts
• We can set up trusts in Nevis, BVI and Seychelles.
• At least one trustee must be permanently resident in the country of set up.
• The name of the trust must be approved in advance.
• An annual Government and registered Agent fee is payable in the country of set up.
• Trusts in all of the above jurisdictions need to be registered.
Foundations
• We can set up foundations in Leichtenstein, Nevis and Seychelles.
• The legal requirements are different in each of the above jurisdictions.
